Create a task linked to a deal
The task is linked to the deal and available in the open-task view.
Before you start
- Access to Pipeline and the deal to view or update.
Step by step
Open the deal and scroll to Tarefas (Tasks).
Enter a title in Add task.
Set the date, choose the assignee and select Baixa (Low), Normal, Alta (High) or Urgente (Urgent).
If you need to notify someone, include an @mention in the title.
Click Add and check the task in the list.
You can also add with Enter in the title when no mention suggestion is open. If creation fails, read the error; fields remain filled for correction.
Check your result
The task is linked to the deal and available in the open-task view.
What you need to know
- Date and assignee are optional; without a date, it appears in the no-due-date group.
- A date without a time is due at 23:59:59 in the São Paulo time zone, so a task due today is not overdue at the start of the day.
