Change or disable round-robin routing
Update routing without deleting team members.
Before you start
- Be the account owner or a Manager with access to the Team page.
Step by step
Open Team > Routing & alerts and find round-robin routing.
Select or clear members and numbers. Review the displayed numbered order.
To stop automatic routing, turn the routing switch off.
Click Save; changing a switch without saving does not complete the configuration.
Check your result
Subsequent routing uses the saved settings.

- This is not an action to redistribute the entire conversation history.
