Disable waiting-time alerts
Stop automatic SLA notifications.
Before you start
- Be the account owner or a Manager with access to the Team page.
Step by step
Open Team > Routing & alerts.
Turn the SLA alert switch off.
Click Save and check the confirmation.
Check your result
The alert configuration is disabled.
What you need to know
- Disabling this alert does not disable all browser notifications.
