Open MCP connection diagnostics

Use the read-only checks provided by the panel.

Before you start

  • Sign in as the account owner or a platform administrator. The management screen rejects team members.
  • Have access permitted by the account and subscription state.

Step by step

  1. Under Connect your assistant, expand Diagnostics.

  2. Copy the block and check the displayed address for your environment.

  3. In an authorized private setup, replace the placeholder with a valid MCP token before listing tools.

  4. Use the result to distinguish server availability, authentication and permission.

Check your result

You obtain diagnostic responses when the queries complete.

What you need to know

  • The initial health query does not authenticate the account. A healthy response does not prove tool access.
  • Listing tools does not execute a write tool. Do not share a command containing a filled credential.
  • For a persistent problem, give support the code and message without sending the token.
