Select a webhook instance
Review a number’s event destinations.
Before you start
- Have write access to Webhooks and an available instance.
Step by step
Open Webhooks and select the Instance.
Review URLs, Active/Inactive state, events and any ignored-groups badge.
Use the refresh button to reload the list.
Check your result
The list displays webhooks returned for the instance.
What you need to know
- The screen does not automatically choose between multiple numbers. Facebook Pages do not appear in this selector.
- These webhooks send events to another system. They differ from Pipeline or Email lead-capture links.
