Create an event webhook
Register the authorized URL that will receive instance events.
Before you start
- Have write access to Webhooks and an available instance.
Step by step
Select the instance and click New Webhook.
Fill in URL with your event receiver’s address.
Choose events and review Active and Ignore group messages.
Click Create and check the webhook and options in the list.
Check your result
The destination is registered when the API accepts creation.
What you need to know
- The form starts enabled; turn Active off before creating if you want to prepare without receiving events yet.
- Use a valid public URL belonging to the authorized system. This screen does not automatically send a test.
- The form closes without displaying every API error; check the list to confirm the record was saved.
