Interpret delivered, queued and failed webhook events
Distinguish an HTTP response from processing in the other system.
Before you start
- Have write access to Webhooks and an available instance.
Step by step
In history, read the delivery state and attempt count.
Delivered means the URL returned HTTP success; also check the final result in the receiving system.
For Queued or Sending, refresh after processing. For Failed, read the error and review the receiver.
Check your result
You identify which part of delivery needs investigation.
What you need to know
- OneWhats treats HTTP responses from 200 to 299 as success. This does not prove the receiver ran its business automation correctly.
- Failures may be retried according to delivery policy. This screen has no button to resend a row.
- The receiver should handle possible repeats; do not promise exactly-once delivery.
