Ignore events identified as group messages
Adjust a destination’s group filter.
Before you start
- Have write access to Webhooks and an available instance.
Step by step
Open New Webhook or edit an existing one.
Turn Ignore group messages on or off for the integration.
Save and check the Ignoring Groups badge when enabled.
Check your result
The saved filter is considered when selecting events to send.
What you need to know
- The filter uses group indicators in the event. It does not select individual groups.
- It does not remove events already received by the external system.
