Authorize, decline or change the account in an MCP connection
Check who is requesting access before completing OAuth.
Before you start
- Sign in as the account owner or a platform administrator. The management screen rejects team members.
- Have access permitted by the account and subscription state.
Step by step
On the OneWhats authorization page, check the application, return destination and listed account.
If the account is wrong, use trocar de conta (change account) and sign in as the actual account owner.
Read the listed capabilities and click Autorizar (Authorize) to grant access or Recusar (Decline) to cancel.
Return to the client and check whether the connection completed.
Check your result
The decision allows continuation or cancels that application’s authorization.
What you need to know
- This consent screen does not offer per-number or per-tool selection. The connection uses the account’s authorized scope.
- Team members and Enter as impersonation mode are rejected in this flow.
- The current consent page is in Portuguese even when the panel is in English.
