Include groups and mentions in a campaign

Step by step

1. 1

   In regular mode, enable groups and wait for the list.

   Select intended groups and review destination chips; use X to remove one.

3. 3

   If you want specific mentions, enable the option, enter phones and select insert mentions into text.

4. 4

   Review @number markers in the text and destinations before creating.

What you need to know

• Communities that cannot receive messages are excluded by the destination list. Official template mode does not send to groups.
• Disabling groups clears their selection. Inserted mentions are visible text and must be removed from the text if you no longer want them.
