Edit, duplicate, enable or delete disconnection alerts

Step by step

   In the alert list, check instance, destination and frequency.

   Use Edit to change configuration or Duplicate to open a new automation based on it; review the destination before saving.

   Use the active switch to suspend or reactivate. To permanently remove, use Delete and confirm.

4. 4

   To abandon deletion, use Cancelar (Cancel) or close confirmation with X. The alert keeps its existing active/inactive state.

What you need to know

• Duplicating creates another automation only when saved. Two active automations for the same number/destination may generate separate alerts.
• Disabling or deleting does not recall alerts already sent.
