Build a manual recipient list

The list contains normalized, deduplicated phones.

Step by step

  1. Paste one phone per line including country code.

  2. To include names in regular mode, enable variables and use phone, name, phone;name or a tab.

  3. If you also import spreadsheets or select labels, check the unique contact count and detected names. These sources are added to typed numbers.

  4. When a typed phone has no name, a later spreadsheet can fill in its name. Values still empty in selected variable columns can also be filled by a later source; existing values are kept.

  5. Use Clear to remove typed numbers, all imported spreadsheets and the label source from the composition.

Check your result

What you need to know

  • Numbers with 10 or 11 digits receive 55. In official template mode, names are read even without the variables control.
  • Priority is: typed numbers, spreadsheets in import order, then labels. For the same phone, the first nonempty name and each existing variable are preserved; later sources only fill empty values. Importing a newer spreadsheet does not overwrite earlier values.
  • Combination compares phones already parsed from each source. Duplicates within the manual text or within one spreadsheet are still dropped by that source’s parser; do not use duplicate rows within one spreadsheet to fill missing data.
  • Clear in this section does not deselect groups selected through another control.
  • The server accepts up to 5,000 recipients in standard mode or 100,000 in official-template mode per campaign. This ceiling does not represent available quota or channel sending authorization.
