Customize the disconnection-alert message

The alert is built from current disconnection data and a reconnection link.

Step by step

  1. Open the message/preview in the alert form.

  2. Edit the text while preserving needed dynamic data: name, phone, duration, reason and link.

  3. Check preview and save. Leave the template empty to use the default text.

  4. In the editor, Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) undoes the last change; Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y (using Cmd on Mac) redoes it. Pasting inserts plain text only, without external fonts, colors or other styles.

Check your result

The alert is built from current disconnection data and a reconnection link.

What you need to know

  • Preview uses sample duration and reason; it is not a real-disconnection diagnosis. Variables are {nome}, {telefone}, {tempo}, {motivo} and {link}.
  • Custom text accepts up to 4,000 characters. Without {link}, the system appends the reconnection link.
  • The temporary link expires after seven days or the first reconnection. Generating/using the alert does not make a link permanent.
