Select recipients by labels
The campaign receives contacts found under labels on the selected numbers.
Step by step
Choose the campaign numbers and click Labels.
Search labels when the search field is available and select one or more.
Review counts, confirm and check the summary of included contacts and contacts without phones.
Remove the label source using its summary button if you do not want it included. Spreadsheets and typed numbers remain; a phone also present in those sources stays in the list.
To leave without replacing the composition’s label audience, use Cancel or close the dialog before confirming.

What you need to know
- Sources combine Hub, WhatsApp Business and contact labels. Repeated phones are deduplicated; summed label counts may exceed the unique total.
- Search appears when there are more than eight labels. Selection represents contacts loaded at that moment, not a permanently dynamic audience.
- When sources are combined, labels come after typed numbers and spreadsheets. A contact name from labels can fill an empty recipient name, but does not replace an existing name. Confirming a new label selection replaces only that source, preserving spreadsheets.
