Schedule messages in groups

Step by step

1. 1

   When creating, select an instance and turn on Send to groups.

2. 2

   Search by name, select the desired groups and remove selections using their chips when needed.

3. 3

   Review content, date and recurrence. Save and check each destination in the list.

What you need to know

• Parent communities are not message destinations; announcement groups may appear in the selector.
• If one group fails, others may already have been saved. Refresh the list and check destinations before retrying to avoid duplicates.
