Cancel a send or delete its record
Cancellation preserves the record; deletion removes the selected record.
Step by step
On a pending item, use Cancel send to remove that occurrence from the queue.
To remove a record, use Delete and confirm in the dialog.
Refresh and check that the state or removal was applied.
If you do not want to delete, use Cancelar (Cancel) or close confirmation with X. The record remains; cancelling the dialog is different from Cancelar envio (Cancel send).

What you need to know
- Neither action deletes messages already received in WhatsApp. Do not confuse deleting an old occurrence with stopping a future series occurrence.
- The current interface does not display errors returned by cancel/delete. Confirm the result in the list.
