Create a number-disconnection alert

A disconnection automation monitors the configured instance and destination.

Step by step

  1. In Scheduled, open Disconnection alerts and create an alert.

  2. Choose the monitored number and the sender number that will send the alert.

  3. Choose a private destination with a full phone number or a group. For a group, search and select one belonging to the sender.

  4. Configure message, reminders and mentions; save and check the automation in the list.

  5. Use Cancelar (Cancel) or X to leave without saving the alert creation or edits. Closing the form does not undo an already-sent test.

What you need to know

  • The first automatic alert requires a known disconnection lasting at least 30 minutes. The sender must be able to send; choosing the same number that disconnects may prevent the alert.
  • Private destinations accept 8 to 15 digits including country code. This flow monitors WhatsApp sessions, not generic health of all channels.
