Duplicate or reschedule a message

Saving creates a new record; the original remains.

Step by step

  1. Use Duplicate to open a new creation with content and date filled.

  2. Use Reagendar (Reschedule) to open a new creation with copied content and choose a new date. The list row offers it for sent or failed items; the details dialog also offers it in other states. The original record remains and may still be active.

  3. Review instance, destination, media, recurrence and limits; confirm creation only after reviewing.

What you need to know

  • Duplicating does not send by itself. Rescheduling clears the date and recurrence end.
  • Groups and mentions are not safely rebuilt by these current shortcuts. For groups, prefer opening a clean creation and selecting the destination again.
