Inspect a scheduled message and its result
You inspect the selected occurrence and actions compatible with its state.
Step by step
Open the row or view button to see details.
Check the instance, destination, status, scheduled time, sent time when available, recurrence and occurrence text. The current dialog does not show the media file or explicitly identify its time zone.
If it failed, read the error and resolve its cause before rescheduling.

What you need to know
- Pending, sending, sent, failed, cancelled, paused and skipped have different meanings. Skipped may represent a report without spend when that rule is enabled.
- Sent does not confirm reading. A history record is not the series' next occurrence.
- In a recurring series, a failed occurrence normally does not end the series: the server schedules the next cycle.
