Find schedules, series and items needing attention
The list shows records permitted for your account, grouped by series and period.
Step by step
Open Scheduled and choose All, Attention, Personal, Groups, Reports or Disconnection alerts.
Search content or destination and combine status, type and instance filters. On mobile, open Filters to show the selectors.
Use Clear filters to restore the list and Refresh to fetch the latest state.
Expand history and series occurrences to inspect previous sends.
In Atenção (Attention), when a disconnected-instance notice appears, use Abrir Instâncias (Open Instances) to open connection management. Return and refresh the list after checking the instance.

- Counts represent grouped items; a series may contain multiple occurrences. Attention combines failures and upcoming sends with disconnected instances.
