Write and personalize a campaign message

   Choose Text and write the message.

   Use {{nome}}, {{telefone}} and {{saudacao}} shortcuts when you want recipient-specific values.

   For a fallback when data is missing, write for example {{nome|cliente}}.

   If using a greeting, enter alternatives separated by commas, semicolons or vertical bars; check the preview.

   Turn on Variáveis (Variables) to show shortcuts and parse names in the manual list. Turning it off hides shortcuts and stops separating phone and name in that list. Review recipients: this does not erase existing tokens or disable server-side variable substitution.

What you need to know

• Unknown keys without a fallback remain in the text. A greeting without a custom list uses product defaults; the preview is only an example.
• Personalization and intervals do not guarantee delivery or prevent channel restrictions.
• Up to 50 greeting variants are accepted; enable Variables to show shortcuts. The greetings field appears when text contains {{saudacao}}.
