Set when a disconnection alert repeats

   In reminders, choose once per disconnection, every 2 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours or daily.

   For daily reminders, choose the time and note that it uses São Paulo time.

   Save and monitor the active automation.

What you need to know

• The first alert does not wait for the daily time: it follows the minimum-disconnection rule. Daily mode allows at most one reminder per calendar day; a new disconnection is evaluated separately.
