Pause and resume a schedule

Step by step

   Use the active/paused switch on a pending occurrence to remove it from the queue.

   To resume, use the same switch on the paused record and read any displayed warning.

   Check the next date in the list after the response.

What you need to know

• If the date is still future, it is retained. An overdue recurrence advances to the next cycle. An overdue one-time send cannot be resumed directly.
• The page does not offer editing paused records; for an overdue one-time send, duplicate it and choose a future date.
