Read pipeline totals and results
Understand which opportunities enter the cards and how conversion is calculated.
Before you start
- Select a pipeline or All pipelines, origin and date range.
Step by step
Read Total Leads as opportunities created in the range, including open, won and lost ones.
Read Valor Total (Total value) as the sum of those opportunities, not only won sales.
Check Taxa Conversão (Conversion rate): won opportunities divided by the total, multiplied by 100.
Under Resultados (Results), compare Ganhos (Won) and Perdidos (Lost) and their values, and Em aberto (Open) for the remaining count.
Use Leads Hoje (Leads today) for opportunities created today in Brasília, preserving selection and origin.
Check your result
You interpret the figures by opportunity creation, without confusing them with sales closed in the range.
What you need to know
- The date used is creation, including Won and Lost; it is not the status-change date.
- Values display as BRL without decimal places; the calculation does not convert currencies. Do not treat mixed currencies as equivalent.
