Choose a pipeline or number on the Dashboard
Switch between CRM opportunities and conversations on permitted numbers.
Before you start
- Have Dashboard access and at least one permitted pipeline or number.
Step by step
Open Dashboard and Select pipeline.
Under Pipelines, select a pipeline; under Numbers, select a number.
When multiple items exist, use All pipelines or All numbers for the corresponding aggregate.
Check the subtitle to confirm whether you are viewing opportunities or conversations.
Check your result
Cards and tables change with the selection.
What you need to know
- Selection is stored in this browser. An invalid selection falls back to the default pipeline, first pipeline or first available number.
- Lists follow the scope returned by the server; a missing item may be unavailable to your user.
