Open account alerts from a browser notification
Follow mentions, tasks and other eligible alerts while the panel is open.
Before you start
- Enable notifications in this browser using the Settings guide and allow the site. Keep the panel open.
Step by step
When a new account alert appears in the browser, review its title and summary.
Click the alert to bring the panel forward and open its internal destination when valid.
To review available alerts in the panel, open the bell and the Avisos (Notices) tab.
Check your result
You can move from an eligible alert to its related page.
What you need to know
- Polling happens every 30 seconds and when you return to the tab. The first read does not display the whole history; it queries only the latest twenty alerts.
- Sound follows the panel browser preference. Showing a popup does not resolve the task or automatically mark all alerts read on the server.
- The browser may reject notifications; the bell remains the place to check. This does not guarantee notifications while the panel is closed.
