Dictate a question and review its transcription

Record with the microphone and review the text before sending to support.

Before you start

  • Use a recording-capable browser with an available microphone and enabled support.

Step by step

  1. Click Record audio and allow microphone access when prompted.

  2. Speak your question while watching the timer. Use Stop and transcribe when finished; recording stops automatically at 120 seconds.

  3. Wait for Transcribing audio.... Recognized text is appended to the current draft.

  4. Review, correct or delete the text, then use Send the question.

Check your result

The transcription becomes editable text; recording does not automatically send the question.

What you need to know

  • Denied permission, an incompatible browser or unavailable service can prevent transcription. The interface shows the error; you can still type your question.
  • The transcription service is requested with Portuguese even when the interface is English. Review names and other-language terms carefully.
  • The control has no audio preview or dedicated discard-recording button before transcription. Closing the window is not the Stop and transcribe command.
