Refresh Dashboard and check empty states
Reload lists and indicators before concluding data is missing.
Before you start
- Be on Dashboard.
Step by step
Check the selected number or pipeline, origin and date range.
Select Refresh and wait for loading to finish before changing filters again.
If the selection no longer exists, choose another available item. If there are no pipelines, check access and pipeline configuration.
If zeros or empty messages are unexpected, repeat after the connection stabilizes and contact support if it persists.
Check your result
You verify filters and rerun the query with a known context.
What you need to know
- The screen does not distinguish all loading failures from empty states: errors can produce zero cards in number mode or a missing-pipeline message. Do not treat that state alone as proof that no data exists.
- Rapid filter changes can receive out-of-order responses; confirm the selection and refresh before using unexpected results.
