Step by step

   On the Help Center home page, type in Search features or questions. Results update as you type.

   Use words such as team access. Uppercase and lowercase letters do not change the search; accented and unaccented versions also match.

   Combine words to narrow results. A guide must contain all of them, although they may appear in different parts of its text.

   While reading an article, use Search the Help Center in the header or the search above the article on mobile. Press Enter or the search button to open results.

   Check the result count and open the title matching your question.

What you need to know

• Search includes title, summary, prerequisites, steps, result and notes. Within each topic, title matches appear first.
• Use terms in the language you are reading. Search does not automatically translate the question or query your conversations or account data.
• Header search opens a new result list without keeping previous topic and video filters.
