Add phone numbers to several groups
The operation requests adding the numbers to the selected groups.
Before you start
- A connected QR WhatsApp number, access to the group and permissions required for the action.
Step by step
In Add, paste numbers separated by lines, commas, semicolons or tabs and review the count.
To erase only the pasted phone numbers, use Limpar (Clear) next to the number list. This button keeps selected groups; Limpar (Clear) in the group column clears destinations.
Search groups and select destinations; All selects filtered results and Clear removes the selection.
Enable Add as administrator only if you intend to request promotion of added participants.
Review the scope and select Add. Follow results by group and number.
Check your result
The operation requests adding the numbers to the selected groups.
What you need to know
- Duplicate numbers are removed; 10 or 11 digits receive the Brazilian 55 prefix.
- If WhatsApp prevents direct addition for privacy reasons, the backend may automatically send an invitation by private message. Invitation sent does not mean member added.
- Results distinguish added, added as admin, already a member, invitation sent and failed. Addition confirmation does not guarantee promotion.
