Find a member and check their role

Step by step

   Open group Information and go to Participants.

   Search by the participant's phone or identifier.

3. 3

   Review Administrators and Members sections and owner labels.

4. 4

   Clear the search to return to the full list.

What you need to know

• Search in this panel does not search names: it filters JID and phone. Not every participant has a resolved phone number.
