New events use the configured delay and window to schedule messages.
Step by step
Choose the group in the automation section.
Enter the delay in minutes; zero adds no scheduled delay.
Enable Restrict hours and set start and end hours if needed.
Save the automation and check the feedback.

What you need to know
- The window uses fixed BRT (UTC−3), includes the start hour and excludes the end hour. Outside the window, sending is scheduled for the next start.
- Windows crossing midnight are supported. Equal start and end do not restrict hours.
- Saving a configuration is not a sending test or proof of delivery; events must occur and have resolved phones.
