Interpret live participants and destination clicks

You distinguish a retrieved count from the estimate used when retrieval is unavailable.

Step by step

  1. Open link editing to inspect each saved destination.

  2. Check clicks and participant count when available.

  3. If you need a new query, close and reopen the form after allowing the cache to refresh.

Check your result

You distinguish a retrieved count from the estimate used when retrieval is unavailable.

What you need to know

  • The backend tries the linked connection or another available account connection, first by JID and then invitation. Without a real count, it uses clicks as an estimate.
  • Results may be cached for 60 seconds. Clicks are not joins and do not automatically subtract visitors who abandoned; a known real count takes priority over the estimate.
  • The form shows data loaded when opened; it is not a continuous monitor.
