Interpret progress of actions across multiple groups

You avoid treating the end of the screen's waiting period as confirmation of every action.

Step by step

  1. After starting an operation, follow the results by group and participant.

  2. Distinguish partial results from completion: check successes and failures.

  3. If the indicator stops without complete results, refresh groups and check actual state before repeating.

Check your result

You avoid treating the end of the screen's waiting period as confirmation of every action.

What you need to know

  • Adding to more than three groups and removing/leaving more than five use in-memory server jobs. Add/remove poll for about two minutes; leave for up to five. The screen timeout does not cancel the work.
  • Job records expire after about 30 minutes and do not persist across restarts. Bulk editing, promotion and batch deletion are browser-driven sequences.
