Edit multiple groups' name, description, photo and messaging

Step by step

   Open Bulk edit, search groups and select destinations; select all applies to visible filtered results.

   Fill in only fields to change: name, description and JPEG/PNG photo.

   For messaging, choose Keep, Administrators only or Everyone.

   Review destinations, select Apply and keep the page open until results appear.

   Review progress and errors by field/group; refresh the list.

What you need to know

• Empty name and description mean no change. To clear a description, use individual editing; the bulk form does not offer clearing a photo.
• Messaging settings are applied before name, description and photo. Failures do not undo fields already changed; review partial results.
• The backend may preserve the #N suffix. Processing runs in the page, not in a persistent queue.
