Control capacity and mark a group as full

Step by step

   Edit the link and set the desired capacity for all destinations.

   To prevent new visits to a specific group, enable Manually full for that destination.

   To make it eligible again, disable Manually full and check that its count is below the limit.

   Save and check destination states.

What you need to know

• Capacity is shared across the link; the product default is 1,024. This value controls the distributor and does not change WhatsApp's native limit.
• Manual marking overrides any count. Unmarking does not force availability if the count still reaches the cap.
