Review group joins and departures

Step by step

   Open Report and choose a group or All groups.

   Set start and end dates; the query updates when filters change.

   Use Refresh to retrieve data again.

   Review joins, departures, net change and participant lists; hover over bars for daily values.

What you need to know

• These are recorded events, not a complete membership inventory or automatic reconstruction of past activity. A contact without a resolved name/phone is shown as unidentified.
• The chart shows up to 31 active days and omits days without events; it is not shown for a single active day.
• The endpoint interprets dates in UTC. The list returns up to 1,000 most recent events; totals and net change are calculated from those events, not necessarily the entire period.
