Configure welcome and departure messages by group
The event configuration is associated with the selected group.
Step by step
In Report, go to automation and choose the intended group.
Enable Welcome on join and write the message if you want that event active.
Enable Message on leave and write its text if you want that event active.
Use {nome} and {grupo} where appropriate and select Save automation.
To disable an event, uncheck its option and save again.
Check your result
The event configuration is associated with the selected group.
What you need to know
- Messages are private to the participant with a resolved phone, not messages inside the group. Empty text does not generate sending.
- The check beside a group indicates a recorded configuration, not that both events are active or that delivery occurred.
- Check the Saved feedback; in this version, save errors may not show an explanation in the form.
