Understand the scope of sending to people who joined or left

You understand the button's actual scope and avoid treating its count as a fixed recipient list.

Step by step

  1. In Report, check the number, group and filtered period.

  2. Find the message fields in Joined and Left. They accept text and the variables {nome} and {grupo}.

  3. Before using Send, consider the current defect: the screen shows up to 1,000 events, but sending queries up to 5,000. The button count does not confirm the set that will receive messages.

  4. To reach only a reviewed selection, do not use this button as selective sending; open the intended contacts' conversations.

  5. If an operation has already started, review the queued total and check conversations. Do not repeat just because the screen lacks per-recipient progress.

Check your result

You understand the button's actual scope and avoid treating its count as a fixed recipient list.

What you need to know

  • The click starts directly, without additional confirmation or cancellation on this screen. The operation does not post in the group.
  • The button counts events with phones; the backend deduplicates phones and queries up to 5,000 events. The effective count may differ from the button.
  • Queued does not confirm delivery. Work runs in server process memory, without durable tracking or per-recipient results on this screen.
