Enable or disable automatic lead import

Step by step

   Select the pipeline and click Leads.

   Choose the WhatsApp numbers linked to the pipeline.

   Enable automatic lead import and click Save.

   Check the first stage when a new contact message arrives.

   To stop automatic entry, return to Leads, turn the switch off and save.

   To leave without saving changes to import, linked numbers or phrase rules, use Cancelar (Cancel) or X. This does not undo form/webhook operations already saved by their own controls.

What you need to know

• Group messages are ignored by this import.
• Enabling the feature should not be understood as a retroactive import of all history.
