Notify the team on WhatsApp when a form lead arrives
The form entry point is configured to notify the selected recipients.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open the form webhook under Pipeline, Leads.
In the new-lead notification section, choose the sending number.
Enter destination phone numbers with country codes, separated by commas.
Edit the notification text and leave the field to save; keep desired placeholders such as {nome}, {telefone}, {formulario}, {funil} and {campos}.
Review the sender and recipients before testing a new form lead.

What you need to know
- These placeholders use one brace on each side, unlike follow-up variables with double braces.
- An arrival test may send real notifications to configured recipients.
- The notification accepts up to ten phone numbers and up to ten groups; its custom message is limited to 2,000 characters. Reopen settings to check the saved text and destinations.
