Create a sales or service pipeline

Step by step

   Open Pipeline in the menu.

   Click the + button next to the pipeline selector.

   Enter a name and an optional description, such as Downtown sales.

   Review the initial stages: change their names and colors, add stages or remove unused ones.

   Select the WhatsApp numbers for this pipeline if needed. Enable automatic import only if new incoming messages should create leads.

   Click Create Pipeline and check the new pipeline name and columns.

   To leave before creating, use Cancelar (Cancel) or X. This does not create a pipeline; draft fields may remain filled when reopened.

What you need to know

• Linking numbers and enabling import are separate settings.
• You do not need an integration to create a pipeline manually.
• The pipeline, stages and number links are created in separate requests. Check all of them afterward; an intermediate failure can leave only part of the configuration saved.
