Change the assignee from the board shortcut
The primary assignee is updated from the board shortcut.
Before you start
- Access to Pipeline and the deal to view or update.
Step by step
In the Pipeline board, find the card without opening it.
Click the assignee icon or badge on the card.
Choose a person or the unassigned option.
Check the updated assignee badge.
Click outside the menu or the assignee again to close without changing assignment.

The primary assignee is updated from the board shortcut.
What you need to know
- To manage multiple assignees, use the Assignees section inside the card.
- Currently, the shortcut’s unassigned option sends a value the server does not apply as removal. To remove assignees, open the deal and use Responsáveis (Assignees); check the list and card afterward.
