Move leads automatically using a conversation phrase
The phrase-and-direction rule becomes part of the pipeline automations.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Select the pipeline and open Leads.
Under Automatic conversion, click Add rule.
Enter the phrase identifying the situation and select the destination stage.
Choose whether the phrase must come from a sent message, a received message or either direction.
Click Save. To change a rule, edit it; to remove it, use its trash icon and save again.
Check your result
The phrase-and-direction rule becomes part of the pipeline automations.
What you need to know
- Fill in both phrase and stage: incomplete rows are not included when saving.
- Use a specific phrase to reduce unintended stage changes.
