Personalize messages with name, phone and text variations

Messages can receive lead data and one randomly selected option from the configured lists.

Before you start

  • An existing pipeline available to your account.

Step by step

  1. Open a message in the follow-up sequence.

  2. Use {{nome}}, {{telefone}} or {{deal}} to insert the deal’s own data.

  3. To vary the wording, enter a custom placeholder such as {{despedida}}.

  4. Under Text variables, enter that placeholder’s options, one per line.

  5. Use Preview, check the result and save.

  6. To use the {{nome}}, {{telefone}}, {{saudacao}} and {{deal}} shortcuts, expand the stage and first click the intended message text; then click the marker. It is appended to the end of that message, not at the cursor position. If all stages are collapsed, the first stage is used. Check the text before saving.

Check your result

Messages can receive lead data and one randomly selected option from the configured lists.

What you need to know

  • Keep the technical placeholder names even when writing the message in English.
  • A custom variable without options becomes blank; {{saudacao}} has default greetings when its list is empty.
  • Removing a placeholder from every message removes its list from the saved settings.
