Record audio for follow-up
The recording is attached to the follow-up message.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
- An available microphone and browser microphone permission.
Step by step
Open a message without media in a follow-up stage.
Click Record audio and allow microphone access in the browser.
Speak your message and click Stop and use; to discard during recording, click Cancel.
Wait for the file upload and play the preview.
Save the follow-up when the recording is correct.
Check your result
The recording is attached to the follow-up message.
What you need to know
- If microphone access is denied, allow it in browser settings and try again.
