Select groups to receive new-lead notifications

Step by step

   Open webhook notification settings and choose the sending number.

   Wait for that number’s groups to load.

   Select up to 10 groups and use search when it appears.

   Deselect a group to stop sending notifications there; if loading fails, use Retry.

   Check the groups again after changing the sending number.

   Selected groups remain visible during search. If a saved group no longer appears in the fetched list, it is shown by its identifier: uncheck it to remove that destination. At ten selected groups, uncheck one before adding another.

What you need to know

• Groups are not available for Cloud API numbers in this interface.
• Changing the sender clears the previous group selection.
