Link WhatsApp numbers to a pipeline
The pipeline stores the selected numbers for features that use this association.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Select the pipeline and click Leads.
In the pipeline WhatsApp section, select the numbers that should belong to it.
Deselect numbers that do not belong to this pipeline.
Click Save and reopen Leads to check the selection.
Check your result
The pipeline stores the selected numbers for features that use this association.

- Linking numbers does not require enabling automatic import.
- This association does not replace team access restrictions by instance.
