Configure the form platform or field mapping
Inbound processing uses the configured platform and identifiers to interpret fields.
Before you start
- An existing pipeline available to your account.
Step by step
Open Leads in the pipeline and find the form webhook.
Choose Automatic detection, RD Station, ActiveCampaign, Elementor or Custom.
For a custom form, enter the actual field names for name, phone and email using the identifiers sent by the form.
Leave each field to save.
Submit a test with demonstration data through the form and check the received card and lead counter.
Check your result
Inbound processing uses the configured platform and identifiers to interpret fields.
What you need to know
- Name, phone and email identify the contact; other received data may appear in notes.
- Choosing a platform does not configure the external form for you.
