Enable or pause automatic pipeline follow-up

Step by step

   Select the pipeline and check its linked numbers under Leads.

   Open Auto follow-up.

3. 3

   Configure messages, timing and sending window before enabling it.

   Turn on Enable in this pipeline and click Save.

   To pause, turn the same switch off and save again.

   To leave without saving the settings draft, close with X or press Escape. Reopen to load saved settings; this does not undo an already executed test send or a file already uploaded.

• The sequence considers open deals with a follow-up date and uses the linked numbers.
• Save and check the settings before using dates that are already overdue.
